Made by TCE Manufacturing, this one-piece billet CNC'd masterpiece will be sure to give your 3100 or 3400 some more airflow.
Compared to a stock 52mm throttle body, the billet throttle bodies flow 42, 56, and 71% more respectively. Compared to a stock 56mm throttle body, the billet throttle bodies flow 23, 35, and 47% more respectively.
We send the throttle body fully assembled for no extra charge.

If you send your core in beforehand, we will assemble the throttle body assembly with the necessary linkage and any sensors that came in on your core.  If you pay the core charge, we will assemble the throttle body with the modified linkage matching your vehicle, but we will not include any sensors.  This is to ensure that the sensors a customer has will be used on their own throttle body, thus eliminating problems with potentially bad sensors coming from us (through core returns).

*Please note that your stock upper intake throttle body port is only 58mm, so to see the full gain of these throttle bodies, you will need to have that ported to match the throttle body. The 68mm throttle body is too big for a 3400 upper intake manifold, even if it's ported. The opening behind the throttle body is simply too small, atleast without heavy modification. What we suggest doing is installing a 3500 upper intake and our 3500 to 3400 throttle body adapter.

Typical lead time for an assembled billet throttle body is 10-15 business days after the order is placed and core charge paid.  If core is supplied by customer, we would need to receive the core before we can assemble the finished throttle body.  We do sometimes run out of stock on these throttle bodies, which can increase the lead time to 2-3 months.  It is the customer's responsibility to check current inventory BEFORE ORDERING if they have any sort of a time constraint.  Because these throttle bodies are built and assembled to match your vehicle and engine configuration, they are considered a custom order as defined on our Policy Page.
