We start with a stock intake manifold, and port-match both the inlet and outlet ports to their respective gaskets. This increases the flow of the port while reducing friction from the stock manifold's rough casting. The result is more horsepower and torque through the powerband. Look for 12+hp from this mod on your L67 or L32.

As these cars have gotten older, we have gotten more tolerant with the condition of the cores.  We now accept comes that have minor corrosion of the coolant block-off passages on the lower intake.  To be considered minor corrosion, it must be limited to be within the bounds of the gasket, so it still seals.  This corrosion is typically the result of using green/glycol-based coolant as opposed to the red/Dexcool-based coolant that the cars originally had.
