Bring out the true potential of your 96-97 3.4 DOHC with these custom mandrel-bent headers. The headers feature 1 3/4" primaries tapered to match the factory oval exhaust ports, v-band clamps (a.k.a. aircraft exhaust clamps), 3-1 collectors, and laser-cut flanges. You can expect gains of 16-20+ hp depending on your current mods.
The coating option is for application of a silver ceramic armor coat to the headers to give them protection against rust corrosion, and also to keep the exhaust heat inside the headers so that the exhaust is hotter, flows better, and results in slightly more power
