This main stud kit will work with 3100, 3400, and 3500 LX9 engines. It will also work on 2.8L multi-port, and 3.1L multi-port engines as well.
Kit includes studs, washers, and two sets of nuts. The extra nuts are very important because using two sets means the mains are torqued to spec, and then the windage tray is installed over the torqued nuts, instead of being torqued underneath like other company's main stud kits. This is also why ours is slightly more expensive, because we include $10 more hardware. In order to be installed over the studs, the windage tray holes will need to be drilled larger.
Torque spec on these studs is 85 ft-lbs with ARP lube or 30 weight oil.
Because ARP does not offer this as a kit through them, this item is considered a Custom Order as defined on the Policy Page of the website. Lead times depend on availability with manufacturer, but can take several weeks or more.
