EGR stands for Exhaust Gas Recirculation. The EGR valve allows exhaust gas back into the intake manifold to be combusted further. These exhaust gases bring unnecessary heat and unclean air into the intake charge, which has a negative effect on power output.
This EGR delete kit includes: Water-jetted aluminum EGR block off plate for intake manifold, Custom fitting for exhaust manifold, and the bolts in nuts necessary for install. GM EGR gasket (PN 245067939) used to be included, but due to significant price increases, we have now made it optional.

Note: PCM work or EGR sim device is required to avoid DTC's related to the EGR.
